Our new generation Thermo-Spot heat indicator (on every frying pan) turns solid red when the pan is at exactly the right temperature to start cooking (between 180-200°C). The ultra-durable Resist Plus non-stick coating is guaranteed for life, so your food wont stick and your pans wont scratch over time. These pans also have a PTFE non-stick exterior, so theyre easy to clean inside and out – either by hand or in the dishwasher.
