Its made of POLYWOOD, a solid dimensional plastic lumber created in part from post-consumer plastic bottle waste, such as milk jugs and detergent bottles. This high-density plastic is cleaned, processed and compounded into a rigid board stock material that is remarkably sturdy, substantial enough to stay put in high winds, and impervious to pests and the elements.
